and the proof is in the homes under agreement and the activitiy that many agents are seeing.
So now.. They know that YES it really is time to buy. With interest rates in the 4-5% range. Low Prices, and of course the first time buyers tax credit..(I'm jealous!).
Forclosure inventory has substantially declined, while inventory is lower than last year at this time. And of course prices are where they were in 2002.
I also noticed this Taunton- ( this is unbelievable, but it came from Broker Metrics Report)
..Average Market Time in Taunton 5 months- (from March Data) . February's Average Market Time was 10 months.
